Objective: To create a ticketing system that would more easily allow nurses and IT technicians resolve hardware problems for beneficiaries being monitored for chronic conditions through the Telehealth system. This included the abilities to take actions, document actions, assign tickets, and detailed ticket tracking. Research had been completed previously and I was brought in to the project to assist with execution.
